Watching their anticipation during this journey and documenting their third child being born…it was quite emotional. I’ve had the priveledge of photographing some of the most memorable moments for this family. They are some of the sweetest people I know. I’m so lucky I can also call them my friends, and that I get to stand by them during these intimate moments with my camera.

I will never forget how excited Whitney was to meet Sadie, how she kept saying, ‘We’re going to meet her…I can’t wait to see her’, inbetween contractions and bursts of tears. I was so moved. Because, I know all too well that feeling of sudden joy, that you’re going to meet your child. And, it all happens so fast.

This is the birth story of Sadie Lou, the fifth member to their family. Your are no doubt loved, beyond words.
