Welcome to my blog!

I am a wedding and lifestyle photographer based out of Seattle, WA. I love good conversations (best over coffee), old photographs, maps, and listening to stories. I'm totally giddy over new babies, cute couples and my fur babies. I eat too much chocolate and watch too many reality shows, sometimes they go really well together. And, I'm completely crazy about my husband and his darling accent.

My blog is a journal, a personal yet public journey, which documents my story as a photographer. I have met some pretty amazing people and continue to meet more. So go ahead and introduce yourself, I would love to meet you! Feel free to leave a comment or give me a call at 425.354.8620 so we can chat. I look forward to it!

Cheers, Kim

I met Beth and Scott at their house for the babies first shoot, (just like I always...

Jenny + Logan | Seattle Maternity Photography

I always ask my clients to pick their locations for our shoots. I want them to choose somewhere meaningful, a place where they have memories. It helps me tell their story.
A special spot hidden in the middle of Whidbey Island is Logan’s family cabin, where he spent most of his free time growing up. It’s...

The Birth of Cole Robert | Seattle Birth Photography

I’ve never felt such heavy emotion. The birth of their son is such a beautiful story, I am so moved.
I remember walking into their room, all was quiet and calm. I could see her concentrating with each breath, determined for a natural delivery. Her husband was by her side at every moment holding her hands,...
